Start your holiday baking and join Andrea to learn to make that Norwegian delicacy - Lefse!! We’ll start on Friday evening, October 24 to prepare the potatoes for making lefse the next morning. Class will be from 7-9 pm on Friday night and 9-12 on Saturday morning. You may donate $10 for supplies if you wish. Class is limited to 25 people. Andrea welcomes people of all ages - children must have an adult accompanying them. You do not have to attend both Friday and Saturday as fewer people are needed on Friday to prepare the potatoes.
If you have any lefse rolling supplies, please bring them along - these include lefse griddle, special rolling pin, board to roll lefse on, cloth to put on the board, sock to put on rolling pins and flipping sticks. If you have any of these supplies that you are willing to share even if you cannot come to class, please let Andrea know.
